Wailuku FCU is a not-for-profit organization aiming to make a positive difference in our community. We strongly believe in the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," and traditional values of commitment to service, respect for the individual, and fiscal responsibility. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of integrity, professional ethics, cooperation, and team spirit.

As a financial cooperative, our Members share ownership of their credit union, and have democratic control (one Member, one vote), electing from the membership a volunteer Board of Directors. All excess earnings are passed along to our Members through competitive rates, expanded products and services, and lower fees.

Our day-to-day decisions, as well as our strategic objectives, are based on what is best for our Members. We place the welfare of our Members above all other priorities. We recognize the importance of a positive and supportive environment for our team and a financially strong and stable organization, as well as serving all our Members fairly.
